Azalina: Govt will take over Hadi's Bill if approved in Parliament

KUALA LUMPUR: The Government will take over the tabling of the proposed amendments to the Syariah Courts (Criminal Jurisdiction) Act 1965 if the motion is approved in Parliament, said Datuk Seri Azalina Othman Said (pic).

The Minister in the Prime Minister’s Department said PAS president Datuk Seri Abdul Hadi Awang, who is Marang MP, would have to finish tabling his motion where it would be debated and voted on.
