Liow: All cars to have ESC system by 2018

SEPANG: All new cars must be equipped with the Electronic Stability Control (ESC) system from June 1, 2018 onwards, said Transport Minister Datuk Seri Liow Tiong Lai.

He said that studies have shown that the ESC system can reduce deaths by 40% while also reducing the risk of collisions.
