KOTA KINABALU: The Sabah government through the Islamic Affairs Department is working closely with the police to curb Islamic State (IS) activities, especially among students.
Special Tasks minister Datuk Teo Chee Kang said, during the winding up speech for the Chief Minister’s Department, that the Islamic Affairs Department had in fact drawn up an action plan to ensure that no student would become involved in the militant group.
