KUALA LUMPUR: Bukit Aman’s collaboration with their Philippine counterparts to improve coastal security is expected to kick off next January, said Tan Sri Khalid Abu Bakar.
The Inspector-General of Police said the cooperation would include joint exercises between the two police forces, joint patrols and working out a mechanism to enable Malaysian police to pursue criminals in Philippine waters.
