PETALING JAYA: The investigation carried out against Bersih 2.0 chairman Maria Chin Abdullah under the Security Offences (Special Measures) Act 2012 (Sosma) was reasonable and proper, claimed Umno Supreme Council member Datuk Dr Mohd Puad Zarkashi.
He said several parties deliberately confused the people when they twisted the interpretation of the law with regards to Maria’s detention.
