KUALA LUMPUR: A High Court set Nov 18 to hear an application by Selangor Mentri Besar Datuk Seri Azmin Ali (pic) for leave to declassify the Auditor General's report on 1Malaysia Development Bhd (1MDB).
Azmin, who is Gombak MP, became the first parliamentarian to seek leave from the High Court (Appellate and Special Powers) to initiate a judicial review proceeding to declassify the report from official secret.
