GEORGE TOWN: A man fell to his death from his 12th floor apartment in Block E of the Rifle Range flats here. Phang Ooi Jit Aun (pic), 37, died after falling onto a parked car at about 8.30pm on Friday.
George Town OCPD Asst Comm Mior Faridalathrash Wahid said the car owner, who was on the ground floor, witnessed the incident and called for an ambulance.
