PETALING JAYA: Prominent banker Datuk Seri Nazir Razak is desperate to see the proposed National Consultative Council 2 (NCC2) set up under the Council of Rulers.

The CIMB Group chairman said in an Instagram post on Friday that he hopes the idea would be seriously considered as there was a need to gather the best minds and leaders from across society to unite for “national recalibration”.
