GEORGE TOWN: A motorcycle spare part company and three of its directors have been charged in a Sessions Court here with failure to file the company’s Goods and Services Tax (GST) returns with the Customs Department.
Teoh Chin Ching, 65, Teoh Wee Let, 37, and Teoh Evon, 35, directors of Razortech Enterprise Sdn Bhd, claimed trial to the charges before Sessions judge Irwan Suainbon.
