No water disruption on Sept 27 & 28 after Syabas postpones upgrading work


PETALING JAYA: There will be no water disruption on Sept 27-28 in Kuala Lumpur or Petaling Jaya as the earlier planned equipment replacement work has been postponed.

“Equipment replacement works to improve the water distribution system in Petaling and Kuala Lumpur, which was scheduled for 27 September 2016, 3:00 am until 28 September 2016, 8:00 pm, has been postponed until further notice,” Syarikat Bekalan Air Selangor (Syabas) said in a statement on Sunday evening.
