KUALA LUMPUR: The privatisation of utility companies in Selangor has led to slow development of the state's utility systems infrastructure, says Tony Pua (pic).
"Some industries require – or it is a must for state intervention. The safest example would be Syabas (Syarikat Bekalan Air Selangor)," said Pua, the Petaling Jaya Utara MP.
