Nathan remembered for fostering S’pore-M’sian ties


KUALA LUMPUR: Datuk Seri Najib Tun Razak paid his respects to the late S.R. Nathan, describing the former Singapore president as a major supporter of closer relations between Malaysia and the island nation.

“The late president was High Commissioner (to Malaysia) and subsequently, as Singapore president, was a great advocate of closer ties between Malaysia and Singapore.
