PUTRAJAYA: The Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission has obtained a remand order for a managing director of a government-linked bank and three others to help investigations into alleged bribery and power abuse.
Magistrate Nik Isfahanie Tasnim Ab Rahman granted the order to remand the managing director, who is a Datuk", and the others for three days from Friday under Section 117 of the Criminal Procedure Code.
