PETALING JAYA: Flights heading to and from Japan are being delayed as typhoon Mindulle hit Tokyo with heavy rains and strong winds on Monday.
Malaysia Airports said a Japan Airlines flight, which was expected to arrive at 5.45pm from Tokyo, is rescheduled to arrive at 7pm instead.
