KUALA LUMPUR: A former business adviser of gold investment scheme company Genneva Malaysia Sdn Bhd was fined RM105,000 on seven counts of tendering false documents.
Sessions Court judge Azman Ahmad Wednesday meted out the sentence after Datuk Ng Poh Weng, 66, pleaded guilty to the offences.
