SUBANG: Weaknesses in the Pakatan Harapan administration in Selangor is the main cause of the deteriorating cleanliness in the state, said Urban Wellbeing, Housing and Local Government Minister Tan Sri Noh Omar.
Describing it as a haphazard pact, he said Selangor was one of the states with the most uncollected rubbish, and recorded the highest incidences of dengue fever in the country.
