SHAH ALAM: Penang Chief Minister Lim Guan Eng need not call for snap polls as the graft charges against him are based on the principle that one is innocent until proven guilty, says Tan Sri Noh Omar.
The Selangor Umno chief also questioned Lim’s statement that the plan for state elections was the best option if he is found guilty and sentenced to jail.
