MCA: DAP's financial transparency a myth

PETALING JAYA: MCA has accused DAP of lying about being transparent with its financial accounts, saying that the party had previously failed to declare funds it had collected for specific causes.

Central committee member Datuk Seri Ti Lian Ker (pic) said DAP national organising secretary Anthony Loke's latest claims that the party's accounts were always open to members was untrue as the issue was previously raised by the widow of former Sarawak DAP chairman Wong Ho Leng, who had sought party funds for her husband's cancer treatment.
