KUALA LUMPUR: A five-year-old boy who was playing with a lighter could have caused a fire in a flat at the Batu Muda People’s Housing Project (PPR) in Jalan Ipoh here.
Firemen managed to stop the fire in a room from spreading at around 10.15am with the help of residents living at the flats.
