Court sets aside MIC conspiracy suit subpoena


KUALA LUMPUR: The High Court has set aside a subpoena issued to former MIC treasurer-general Datuk R. Ramanan to produce electronic messages in the case management of a conspiracy suit.

High Court judge Justice Yeoh Wee Siam allowed Tuesday an application by three defendants to set aside the subpoena issued on March 22.
