PUCHONG: MCA will assist the nine students, whose Public Service Department (PSD) scholarships for overseas studies were changed to local scholarships, to gather funds for their overseas studies.
MCA Youth chief Chong Sin Woon said the party was in talks with the Government to contribute towards the fundraising drive the nine students were currently holding.
