Police to partner with Facebook to locate missing kids

KUALA LUMPUR: The police will be partnering with Facebook to include alerts of missing children in the newsfeed of Malaysian users.

Bukit Aman Sexual, Women and Child Investigation Division (D11) assistant principal director Asst Comm Ong Chin Lan said that the alerts would appear in the second slot of the newsfeed, notifying Facebook users when a child goes missing.
