108-year-old school undergoes major upgrade

KUALA LUMPUR: The 108-year-old SJK (C) Kuen Cheng 1 yesterday launched a new building and facilities to create a more conducive learning environment.

Deputy Education Minister Chong Sin Woon, who was invited to launch the facilities, credited the major upgrade to the tripartite efforts of the School Administration Board (LPS), the Parent-Teacher Association (PIBG) and the school.
