KUALA LUMPUR: MIC is now party to the judicial review proceedings filed by its former strategic director K. Ramalingam and seven party members against the Registrar of Societies (RoS).
Yesterday, MIC lead counsel C.K. Lim and its co-counsel Ho Hon Keong said High Court (Appellate and Special Powers) judge Justice Hanipah Farikullah had allowed MIC to be intervener in the application for leave.
