A MAN in Tamil Nadu who was scolded by his mother for his drinking habit threw her into a well and then jumped in himself to drown her by force when he saw that the water was shallow enough for her to stand up, Makkal Osai reported.
The man, who was identified as Satyakumar from Chennai, was an engineer overseas who returned to India three years ago due to mental health issues.
