PETALING JAYA: Extremists should not regard non-Muslims in Malaysia as kafir harbi (infidel from the Zionist state) “whose blood is permissible to be drawn”, Perlis mufti Datuk Dr Mohd Asri Zainul Abidin (pic) said.
He said for as long as non-Muslims here remained citizens and were bound by the laws of the country, they could not be categorised as such and that “war could not be waged against them”.
