PETALING JAYA: Lack of legislation and supervision are the cause for Malaysia being third highest worldwide for possession and distribution of child pornography.
Perpetrators are fully aware that they can get away with such acts as they know there is no proper legislation on such matters, said child rights advocate James Nayagam.
