ZAMBOANGA CITY: Filipina Marites Flor has been freed by the Abu Sayyaf more than a week after her boyfriend Canadian Robert Hall was beheaded by the terrorist group.

Marites Flor, the Filipino kidnap victim from Samal Island, has been freed, incoming Presidential peace adviser Secretary Jesus Dureza confirmed Friday.
