KUALA LUMPUR: A Federal Territory Land and Mines Department assistant director and two others were discharged by a Sessions Court here for forgery and abetment in relation to the transfer of ownership of a plot of land.
Mohammad Irwan Adnan and businessmen S. Ganesan, both 40, and K. Barthen, 53, were acquitted and discharged by Judge Zulqarnain Hassan during the proceedings Monday.
