PETALING JAYA: All 10 Asean foreign ministers had "unanimously agreed" to issue a media statement at the conclusion of the Special Asean-China Foreign Ministers' Meeting (ACFMM).
In a statement on Friday, Foreign Ministry secretary-general Tan Sri Othman Hashim said that all 10 states were present at the meeting with China.
