Wanita MCA calls on PAS’ Dr Najihatussalehah to explain stand on women’s rights


PETALING JAYA: Wanita MCA has called on PAS’ candidate for the Kuala Kangsar by-election Dr Najihatussalehah Ahmad to explain if by supporting PAS’ Syariah Bill she was willing to accept the “revocation of women’s constitutional rights”.

In a statement on Friday, Datuk Heng Seai Kie (pic) said that Wanita MCA was not surprised that Dr Najihatussalehah intends to vote in favour of the Bill.
