KUALA LUMPUR: The High Court has set Oct 6 to hear an appeal by the Bar Council to set aside an order of the Advocates and Solicitors Disciplinary Board (DB), which cleared senior lawyer Tan Sri Cecil Abraham of a complaint of misconduct in March.
High Court (Appellate and Special Powers) judge Justice Hanipah Farikullah has been assigned to hear the matter.
