Sarawak Workers Party decides to join BN, says newly-elected president

SIBU: Sarawak Workers Party (SWP) is applying to join Barisan Nasional as it felt that the way forward for the party is to join a bigger group instead of just being on its own.

Its newly elected president, Munan Laja said this at a press conference on Thursday that the party’s supreme council had unanimously agreed at its annual general meeting on joining the Barisan.
