Surendran seeks to set aside charge

KUALA LUMPUR: Lawyer N. Surendran (pic) has filed a notice of motion seeking an order that the charge against him under Section 4(1)(b) of the Sedition Act at a Sessions Court here be set aside.

The Padang Serai MP filed the notice of motion via Messrs Daim & Gamany yesterday.
