17 households issued notices for failing to sort out their wastes


Here’s proof: SWCorp Kedah assistant enforcement officers tagging discards dumped in a garbage bin outside a house at Taman Cencaru in Mergong, Alor Setar.

ALOR SETAR: Seventeen households in Kedah were given notices of offence for not segregating their wastes.

Solid Waste & Public Cleansing Management Corporation (SWCorp) officers handed out the notices during a three-hour operation which saw 58 SWCorp officers inspecting garbage bins at 2,737 premises in 10 housing areas in various districts in the state.
