KUALA LUMPUR: A telemarketing representative failed in his bid to get acquitted for raping a 16-year-old girl.
Judicial Commissioner Abdul Karim Abdul Rahman maintained the sentence of 12 years and three whippings on Ahmat Fitra Bustami, 26, saying that the Sessions Court had not erred in their judgement.
