KUANTAN: The High Court has overturned the acquittal of a voter for taking his ballot paper out of a polling station after coming to vote for the second time in the last general election.
Judicial Commissioner Tuan Hassan Abdul Ghani ruled that the magistrate’s court had erred in acquitting Mohd Fadhli Khaharruddin, 26, in December last year.
