PETALING JAYA: Parti Bersatu Sabah (PBS) president Tan Sri Joseph Pairin Kitingan said the Private Members’ Bill on hudud should not have been allowed to be tabled in Parliament.
The reason, he said, is that religious matters are the concern of the states, and this is stipulated in the Federal Constitution.
