PETALING JAYA: A man who claimed to have “sold” over a million names from a database that were later used to forge signatures on the Citizens Declaration said he was only paid a fifth of the amount.
In his statutory declaration, freelance programmer Azharuddin Othman, 30, admitted to selling 1.2 million signatures that he had obtained from a voter database after he was offered RM5,000.
