PUTRAJAYA: Transfers of civil servants will take place every month with the Government assuring that its rotation system is here to stay and not just a knee-jerk reaction to the case where millions of ringgit was embezzled from a ministry.

Chief Secretary to the Government Tan Sri Dr Ali Hamsa said once the officers reached a maximum of five years, they would be transferred either to a different division or ministry.
