KUALA LUMPUR: It’s a full trial for Prime Minister Datuk Seri Najib Tun Razak’s (pic) defamation suit against Harakah's managing director Dr Rosli Yaakop and portal Harakahdaily’s editor-in-chief Taufek Yahya.
High Court judge Justice Hue Siew King dismissed Najib’s application in chambers under Order 14A of the Rules of the Court saying questions of fact and law could only be determined in a full trial.
