KUALA LUMPUR: Deputy Works Minister Datuk Rosnah Abdul Rashid Shirlin has hit out at Penang Chief Minister Lim Guan Eng for being ungrateful towards the assistance from the Federal Government to the state.
She said the Federal Government had always been cooperative and fair when dealing with all the state governments despite being under the rule of the Opposition.
