Company awarded only RM50,000 for PKFZ advisory services


KUALA LUMPUR: A company which sued Port Klang Authority for RM148mil over alleged failure to pay its corporate advisory services bill in the controversial Port Klang Free Zone project only managed to get RM50,000 award for work done.

Mega-Wan Corporate Services Sdn Bhd had claimed that it was appointed by PKA to be its corporate advisor and provide services to it, its subsidiaries and associated companies in a letter of appointment dated Jan 15, 2006.
