KUALA LUMPUR: There is new trend of foreigners driving taxis in Malaysia with no licences or qualifications, says the Road Transport Department.
A JPJ probe revealed that it was a growing problem, as two Pakistani men were caught driving taxies without a licence in Bukit Bintang on Saturday.
