KUALA LUMPUR: Cases of foreigners driving taxies in Malaysia without licences are on the rise, said the Road Transport Department (JPJ).
A probe by the Department has shown that it is a growing problem as two Pakistani nationals were nabbed for driving taxies without licences in Bukit Bintang here on Saturday.
