KUALA LUMPUR: A former Suhakam chairman and the Society for the Promotion of Human Rights (Proham) have urged the Government to appoint commissioners to Suhakam on time.
As of yesterday, it is now 26 days with no commissioners at the human rights institution since the last team left at midnight April 25.
