KEPALA BATAS: An eight-year-old boy who was stripped naked and chained to the stairway railing of his flat by his father wants to be reunited with him.
Deputy Women, Family and Community Development Minister Datin Paduka Chew Mei Fun said the boy replied “yes” when she asked him if he wanted to go back to his father. Chew said the boy told her that he missed him.
