KUALA LUMPUR: There is still room to negotiate Indonesia's reported plans to stop sending "live-in" maids to Malaysia, says Deputy Prime Minister Datuk Seri Dr Ahmad Zahid Hamidi.
The Home Minister, who also chairs the Cabinet committee on foreign workers, said he had only read media reports on the Indonesian government's plan for its overseas workers to have set working hours and a day off every week from next year.
