KUANTAN: Police have found the man who was caught on closed-circuit television kicking his wife at a self-service laundry outlet here, but she has refused to press charges.
Kuantan OCPD Asst Comm Abdul Aziz Salleh said the 25-year-old victim was advised to lodge a police report but she did not want action to be taken against her 29-year-old husband.
