KOTA KINABALU: A farmer has filed a suit against a businessman and the Sabah government over land clearing works which he claims was polluting the Moyog River, the main water source for the state’s west coast.
In his suit filed by his lawyer Marcel Jude Joseph at the Kota Kinabalu High Court registry yesterday, Elias Randi Payu, 54, also claimed that the clearing works had caused other environmental problems.
